Certain research outcomes have shown that 78% of health costs are widely related to lifestyle, hence more opportunities for active recreation, walking, cycling and pedestrian movement are needed near to our living spaces and work space.
The idea of Community living is expanded to create recreational opportunities at every level to improve community health, economic prosperity and family happiness. To maintain general openness within the master plan and allow pedestrian activities to penetrate within individual clusters the emphasize is on unobstructed pathways and a dedicated way for cycles or segways within the campus.
The vehicular traffic is segregated from the pedestrian traffic without visual barriers.
The master plan creates a pragmatic phasing plan for residential clusters which allows the pedestrian activities to establish from phase 1 and also keep flexibility for future development.
Introduce a cutting edge sustainable transportation for movement within the residential campus, to cut down on use of vehicular (2 wheeler and 4 wheelers) movement within the residential campus.Linking of various recreational activities between residential clusters, allows strengthening the concept of “Fitness Centric Homes”.
In order to achieve this a standard street section for all phases of residential development.
